Campaign Fame ("we," "the app") helps you create and send marketing emails through your own Constant Contact account. This policy explains what the app does with your information. We've tried to keep it plain.

The short version

Campaign Fame is a tool you use to send your own emails through your own Constant Contact account. We don't sell your data, we don't email your customers ourselves, and we keep what we handle to the minimum needed to make the app work.

Information the app uses

• Your Constant Contact connection. When you connect, Constant Contact gives the app a secure token so it can create and send emails on your behalf. This token is stored on your device (in the iOS Keychain) and on our secure server so the app can keep working without you signing in every time.
• Email content you create. The text and images you put into an email are sent to our service to build the email and to Constant Contact to deliver it.
• Images you add. Photos you include are hosted on our secure image storage so they can appear in the email. Don't include images you don't have the right to use.
• Contacts you choose. If you pick people from your iPhone contacts, the app uses only the specific contacts you select, to add them as recipients. The app does not read or upload your whole address book.

What we don't do

• We don't sell or rent your information.
• We don't use your customer lists for our own marketing.
• We don't access contacts you didn't specifically select.

Constant Contact

Sending happens through your Constant Contact account. Your use of Constant Contact is also governed by Constant Contact's own privacy policy and terms. Campaign Fame is an independent app and is not operated by Constant Contact.

Data retention

Your connection token is kept while your account is connected so the app can function. If you disconnect Constant Contact in the app, the token is removed from your device. You can also revoke the app's access from within your Constant Contact account at any time.

Security

Connection tokens are stored using the iOS Keychain on your device and transmitted over encrypted connections. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Children

Campaign Fame is a business tool intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

If we update this policy, we'll post the new version here with a revised date.
